Creating an atmosphere:
We will be pleased to quote on your requirements including coloured table napkins, entertainment, dance floor, etc.
Catering:
Our Chefs have created a range of delicious menu options or we will gladly design and quote to your specific requirements. Our service staff will provide your function with full table and bar service. There are no additional charges for service staff.
Payment Policy:
If you choose to have a buffet for your function your minimum charge will be for the number booked as this is the minimum number we will cater for. If more than the number booked show then you will be charged extra at the per person rate. If your party members are paying individually the organizer must collect payment from each prior to or on arrival and pay us in one sum.
Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us payment is required in full, before you leave, on the day/night by cash or credit card. Cheques will not be accepted without prior arrangement with us when you make your booking.
Securing your Booking:
We require a deposit on booking equivalent to the room hire
charge or 30% of the total function cost, whichever is the greater.
Note:Your function date is not secure until we receive your deposit and the date is re-confirmed by us. If your function is cancelled within 4 weeks of your function date the deposit is non-refundable, unless we can obtain a replacement booking or agree on an alternative date.

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and are per day or part thereof. Rates Subject to change.
Waiver of Room Hire Charge:
We will waive the room hire charge if your total catering/bar
tab (excluding pay bar) is over $1500.00. Crediting your tab on the day/night will do this.
